Commercial vehicles are capital goods. Unexpected breakdowns directly cause logistics problems in your business operations. Regular preventative is therefore essential, but it cannot totally exclude the possibility of damage and the necessity of repairs.

As soon as your commercial vehicle arrives at any of the CGF service centres, we endeavour to provide a support package that is as comprehensive as possible and includes, for example, trailers, loading cranes, unloading systems, loading ramps and tipper systems. You can have all your maintenance and repair work carried out in one place.

Our service centres are equipped to work on:

  • BPW, SAF, ROR and Netam trailer axles
  • D’Hollandia, MBB-Palfinger, Dautel and Bär loading ramps
  • PALFINGER, Hiab, HMF and Atlas loading cranes
  • PALFINGER, NCH, Leebur, Bennes Marel and VDL unloading systems
  • ATM, Kögel and Stas tippers
  • Lohr truck transporters
  • Broshuis and Nooteboom low loaders and container chassis
  • Niconlift Container Sideloader systems

Each centre offers a 24-hour emergency service and has one or more fully equipped service vans.

Repair and Maintenance Contract

CFG and IVECO offer the possibility of concluding a central R&M contract that is recognised by official IVECO dealers in all European countries.

Repairs take place where it is most efficient for the customer. Preventative maintenance should, however, preferably be carried out by the “home dealer”. The contract also includes assistance if you are stranded on the road, which means that towing costs up to a distance of 50 km from the closest dealer will not be surcharged.

The European call centre and all official dealers have access to a central database that contains all currently active R&M contracts and, because of this, they always have up-to-date information. The contract number also gives service-providers the required payment guarantee directly. This means the customer does not lose any time unnecessarily in the event of an emergency on the road.
